SDA Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary cybersecurity program supporting a federal customer. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to guide cross-functional technical teams and play a central role in program delivery.

The Program Manager oversees program operations, coordinates schedules and deliverables, and serves as a primary point of contact for program performance and reporting. The position is remote with occasional onsite support in Camp Springs, Maryland; Burlington, Vermont; or Stennis, Mississippi.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day program operations and cross-functional cybersecurity teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and performance reports.
Coordinate staffing, onboarding, transition activities, and resource planning.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to company leadership and the customer.
Prepare and review complex technical documents, plans, and reports.
Support continuous process improvement across program activities.

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of project and program management experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects and programs.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
At least 3 years of experience preparing and writing complex technical documents.
Ability to obtain and maintain the background suitability required for the position.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing federal cybersecurity programs.
Experience supporting DHS or USCIS programs.
Familiarity with cybersecurity architecture, vulnerability management, cloud security, or continuous monitoring programs.
